Environmental Studies of the Project “Loteamento da Lavandeira – Lote 5”

Provision of services for the development of Environmental Studies of the project “Loteamento Lugar da Lavandeira – Lote 5”, in the assessment phase of applicability of the legal regime in Environmental Impact Assessment. This project is developing in Porto district, Vila Nova de Gaia municipality, namely in Oliveira do Douro parish.

BoG – EC is responsible for the development of the descriptors pertaining to “Socioeconomy”, “Human Health”, “Land Cover” and “Ecological Systems”, which include a profiling of the current situation, field visits, impact profiling and assessment, definition of mitigation measures, and the establishment of monitoring programmes.
