Environmental impact assessment of the Santa Marta Photovoltaic Power Station

The intervention area of the Santa Marta Photovoltaic Power Station project is located in the municipality of Alcoutim, in the parish of Alcoutim e Pereiro.

The activities developed by BoG as part of this project include development of the initial chapters of the Synthesis Report; and development of the descriptors pertaining to socioeconomics, soils and land use capability, human health and land planning, which include a profiling of the current situation, field visits, impact profiling and assessment, definition of mitigation measures, and the establishment of monitoring programmes.
